About Gozde GOKYILDIRIM

Gozde GOKYILDIRIM has been working for MGC Legal since 2020. She focuses on International Trade, Corporate, Commercial, and Contract Law.

Her practice includes corporate transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and business establishments. She assists foreign and domestic companies with a full spectrum of corporate and commercial issues and assists them in dealing with day-to-day business obligations.

She also provides consultancy services to national and international trade companies regarding their day-to-day legal matters, including drafting and negotiating, following up on export and import contracts, supply, sales, services, and lease agreements.
