Explicit Consent Within The Scope of The Law on Protection of Personal Data no. 6698
I, hereby, give clear and definite consent for the processing of my personal data related to the following categories by Lawyer Mustafa GUNES Law Office (“MGC Legal” or “Company“) or authorized third parties in accordance with the privacy policies and the purposes specified herein and transfer the said personal data domestically or abroad, where the servers of the CRM software used are located.
Within the scope of this Explicit Consent, the Company can process and transfer my personal data abroad to provide, develop and carry out its activities (“Purpose“) of the products and services offered.
This Explicit Consent Text, in accordance with the “purpose limitation principle“, includes the processing of my personal data only for the purposes specified above within the scope of the Company’s activities and the transfer of my personal data to business partners or service providers.
